Job title: Credit Controller Salary: €40,000 + discretionary bonus Contract: Permanent | 40 hours Environment: Hybrid (Mon, Tues &Thurs in the office) Location: Swords, Dublin Role Overview Bidvest Noonan is seeking to hire an experienced Credit Controller who takes ownership of customer accounts and focuses on resolving issues that prevent payment, rather than simply chasing debt. This role is ideal for someone who can manage a portfolio of accounts, investigate payment barriers, resolve disputes, build strong customer relationships, and consistently deliver cash collection results. Key Responsibilities of the Credit Controller: - Own and manage a portfolio of customer accounts. - Drive cash collection and reduce aged debt. - Investigate and resolve billing queries, disputes, service issues, and payment delays. - Partner with internal teams and customers to drive issues through to resolution. - Identify collection risks and opportunities. - Maintain strong customer and stakeholder relationships. Key Requirements of the Credit Controller: - 4+ years' B2B Credit Control experience. - Proven success in cash collection and debt reduction. - Strong problem-solving and dispute resolution skills. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. - Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. - Shared Services, Facilities Management or Outsourcing experience is advantageous.
