HVAC Engineer Key Responsibilities - Commercial Gas Boiler Maintenance Servicing & Repairs - General plumbing duties - Install, maintain & repair a large range of mechanical, plumbing HVAC plant and equipment - Proven ability to diagnose and repair faults in engineering installations and associated plant and equipment including hot (DHW) and cold water systems, LPHW/LTHW systems, pressurisation units, pump sets. - Carry out Preventive and predictive maintenance works. - Maintain PPM & Reactive maintenance records electronically and written where required. - Follow instructions and update records by verbal, written & electronic means. - Ability to quote reactive and recommended repairs. - Adhere to our Health & Safety policies and use appropriate personal protective equipment. - Respond to Out of Hours and Emergency Service Requests. - Co-operate and participate fully in training and development in cross skilling and other job related competencies. Candidate Requirements - Do you have +3yrs Experience (National Craft Certification)? - Do you have FGAS Certification? - Do you have a full Clean Driving Licence? - Do you have aptitude for process awareness, diagnostic/trouble shooting experience? - Are you a good team player that can use their initiative? - Do you have excellent written and oral communication skills, Computer skills essential? - Are you compliant with Health & Safety legislation? - Can you do“On-Call” work in hours and out of hours? - Do you have Safe Pass & MEWP Licence?
