Retail Assistant/ Storeroom Support

Donnybrook Fair Morehampton Road is currently recruiting for a Full-Time Retail Assistant / Storeroom Support. This role requires full flexibility, with shifts starting as early as 6:00am and availability required across all seven days of the week. In this role, you will be required to work 30+ hours per week. As this is a full-time position, you must be eligible and available to work these hours on an ongoing basis throughout your employment. As part of the role, you will be responsible for handling and lifting stock on a daily basis, as well as supporting our Goods In operation by receiving, checking and organising deliveries. You will also assist on the shop floor as required to support the needs of the business. Key Responsibilities: - Receiving, checking and signing off deliveries. - Unloading and moving stock safely around the store and storeroom. - Organising and maintaining the storeroom, ensuring stock is stored correctly and safely. - Replenishing shelves and displays to ensure products are available for customers. - Assisting with stock rotation and date checking. - Supporting stock counts and inventory control processes. - Merhandising and display - Ensure stock levels are maintained - Helping other departments across the store - Ensure Service Excellence is provided to all customer - Assisting customers with finding the right solution/products if needed - Maintain store cleanliness and hygiene standards - Complying with all relevant legal obligations - Complying with all Company guidelines and procedures. Ideal Candidate: - A reliable and hardworking team player. - Comfortable lifting and moving stock as part of daily duties. - Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment. - Good organisational skills and attention to detail. - A positive attitude and willingness to help across different areas of the store. - Previous retail, warehouse or stockroom experience is an advantage, but not essential. - Strong communication and customer service skills. - Flexible with working hours, including early morning starts from 6:00am. - Someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards and keeping work areas clean, safe and organised.
