Breakfast Chef (Part time) We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Breakfast chef to join our talented Kitchen team in Clanree Hotel. Requirements: • To be fully familiar with all the Hotel menus • To carry out all duties requested to the satisfaction of the Head Chef /Sous Chef. • To comply with any duties requested by the Head of Department or Management. • To ensure that all dishes are prepared in a timely fashion, and to the appropriate standards • Excellent culinary background required, 2+ years’ experience in a busy Hotel operation • Excellent HACCP and Hygiene awareness • Ability to work under pressure whilst producing excellent cuisine • Confident working on your own initiative and also as part of a successful team If you feel you have the relevant experience for this role, we would like to hear from you.
