Nuremore Estate by McGettigan's currently has an excellent opportunity for a full-time and part-time Hotel Receptionist to join our talented team. Experience of working in a Hotel Reception is essential, a working knowledge of Reservation system Hotsoft would be an advantage. The ideal candidate must have fluent English, excellent communication skills, be motivated, enthusiastic and have a friendly and outgoing personality. Main duties include, · Assisting the Front Office Manager and the team with the smooth running of the reception · Work as part of a team but also be able to work on their own initiative · Follow the day-to-day procedures of guest check-in and check-out · Deal with and resolve guest queries · Excellent organisational skills · The ability to handle cash efficiently · Balancing and handling of cash · Providing high level customer services both face to face and over the phone · Upselling the hotels facilities If you are interested in joining our team and have the relevant experience for the role, we want to hear from you.
