Junior Assistant Manager – Nuremore Estate by McGettigan's Nuremore Estate by McGettigan's is looking for an experienced Junior Assistant Manager with 2 years Food & Beverage management / Front Office / supervisor experience. The Junior Assistant Manager will be responsible for leading and motivating the teams in all departments, ensuring a high standard of customer service is maintained. We are looking for an experienced and motivated person with a strong Management background. Duties and responsibilities: · To ensure that the highest standards of service are provided at all times · To ensure that staff are carrying out their duties accordingly and effectively · To manage the smooth running of the hotel · To ensure that SOPs are followed by staff · To communicate and work effectively with our management team Important Information: • Please note that this position does not include accommodation. Applicants must already be living locally or able to commute to Carrickmacross. • Candidates must have current legal permission to work in Ireland, as we are unable to provide visa sponsorship or apply for work permits. Requirements: · To have previous experience in a Junior Assistant Manager role · Excellent leadership skills to effectively manage a team · Excellent communication skills. · Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service. · Fluent level of spoken and written English is essential Ability to work and manage confidently especially during busy periods.
