Security Officer- Pharma - Dublin 15

A fantastic opportunity has arisen within Bidvest Noonan for a Security Officer based at one of prestigious pharma clients based in Blanchardstown, Dublin 15 The position is full time. Availabilty for Days/Nights/Weekends Immediate Start available Hourly Rate – €16.30 Night allowance – €20 Sunday Premium – €3.44 P/H You must be able to demonstrate and deliver high quality guarding and excellent customer service to both our clients and service users. Previous experience in a Data Centre/Pharma setting is desireable. Key Duties - Act as an ambassador for the company - Follow on site security requirements including access control and CCTV - Report any security events in the onsite log - Access control - Visitors first point of contact - Deal with emergency situations, supporting emergency services as required - Complete the onsite paperwork in a clear format - Liaise with Bidvest Noonan Management and the National Call Centre regarding any security issues or problems - Customer Care Experience Key Requirements - 5 year verifiable history - Valid PSA Static Licence - Valid Visa to work in Ireland on a full-time basis - Previous experience in a corporate role would be preferred, however training will be provided - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language - Customer/Client focused - Must be able to work under pressure, be able make decisive decisions during incidents and difficult situations. - Basic computer literacy required - Excellent attention to detail with the ability to respond to issues in an effective, efficient and calm manner Key Benefits - Full uniform supplied - Paid holidays - PRSA Pension plan - Ongoing training - Progression opportunities - Employee Benefits Platform giving access to savings - Bike to Work Scheme - Travel Saver Scheme
