The Galway Plaza is hiring a Deli Baker for its Mac's Place Deli & Bakery. Shifts start early. **Duties** - Bake sweet and savoury items: pastries, cakes, breads and more - Help create new recipes and seasonal specials - Keep all bakery products to quality and presentation standards - Keep a clean, organised kitchen in line with HACCP - Work with the deli team to meet customer demand - Rotate stock and help order baking supplies **Requirements** - Proven experience in a bakery, cafe or pastry kitchen - Skilled in traditional baking, with a creative eye - Good food safety and hygiene knowledge - Good time management - Legal right to work in Ireland **Type:** Full-time, early starts. **Pay:** Not stated (discussed at interview).
