Boojum is hiring a full-time, hands-on Supervisor for its restaurant on Spanish Parade, Galway. Duties - Help run daily operations alongside the management team - Train and motivate the team and make sure customers get great service every time - Keep food safety and quality standards - Manage stock, wastage and deliveries - Help hit sales targets and sort out problems as they come up Requirements - Previous experience leading a team in a busy hospitality or retail setting - Organised, calm under pressure and a good communicator - Willing to learn; full training provided What's offered - Free Boojum on every shift, flexible rota with guaranteed hours - Bike to work scheme, free employee counselling, staff competitions and awards - Room to progress within the company Type: Full-time, 36+ hours a week.
