Corrib Oil Group is hiring a full-time Catering Assistant for the Zambrero counter at its service station in Portlaoise. **Duties** - Prepare and serve quality food quickly and cost-effectively - Help with daily kitchen work: preparing meals, cooking, cleaning - Use good stock management and portion control - Keep the kitchen clean in line with HACCP - Put customers first and promote the Corrib Oil loyalty programme - Carry out kitchen checks as trained **Requirements** - Great customer service - Flexible to work Monday to Sunday, including weekends and evenings **Type:** Full-time, permanent, flexible hours. **Pay:** Not stated.
