The Plaza Group / Supermac's at Kinnegad Plaza is hiring a full-time Lobby Host. Duties - Greet guests; support customer flow and menu/promo information - Keep lobby, tables, floors and toilets clean, stocked and safe (spill focus) - Clear tables promptly; empty bins; assist with buggies/wheelchairs/trays - Communicate customer feedback and operational changes to staff/management - Respond to complaints; escalate to Duty Manager Requirements - Excellent customer care and communication; friendly and energetic - Previous hospitality customer-service preferred - Team player; legal right to work in Ireland Type: Full-time Catering Staff / Lobby Host.
