Supermac's Charlestown is hiring a part-time Lobby Host (shifts Fri/Sat/Sun called out on listing). Duties - Greet guests; support customer flow and menu/promo information - Keep lobby, tables, floors and toilets clean, stocked and safe (spill focus) - Clear tables promptly; empty bins; assist with buggies/wheelchairs/trays - Communicate customer feedback and operational changes to staff/management - Respond to complaints; escalate to Duty Manager Requirements - Excellent customer care and communication; friendly and energetic - Team-oriented; hospitality customer-service experience preferred - Legal right to work in Ireland Type: Part-time Catering Staff.
