Duties - Daily maintenance workloads including painting, decorating and gardening - Preventative and reactive tasks in tiling, plumbing and carpentry - Assist plumbers/electricians; direct contractors on site - Keep procedures current; complete repairs promptly - Follow H&S and hotel HACCP documentation requirements Requirements - Hospitality experience desirable; Safe Pass preferred - Trade quals in painting, gardening, heating, plumbing or construction desirable - Self-motivated; flexible hours; good English Type: Permanent, full-time (39 hours).
