Fallon & Byrne is seeking Bartending team members for Events (weddings, corporate events, parties). Majority of events are at weekends. Duties - Bar service for events to Fallon & Byrne standards - Create a welcoming atmosphere; engage with guests and team - Flexibility for varying event hours, particularly weekends Requirements - Minimum 1 year experience in hotels, events, or a restaurant environment (fine dining a plus) - Proficiency in English essential - Warm personality, attention to detail, strong communication Pay: €14.15 per hour.
