Job Description General Operative technician role comprising but not limited to the following tasks: - Carry out routine repair work and/or building maintenance as required - maintain and store all allocated equipment and ensure that appropriate, well-maintained and properly serviced equipment is used at all times - Complete all required records and documentation and ensure there are clear logs of all completed tasks - Adhere to Health and Safety regulations and legislation. - Adhere to Company and Client policies and procedures - Report any areas of concern to Line Manager - Regular Health & Safety Checks of all areas - Report all incidents, accidents and emergencies - To provide an open and consistent communication interface between the Client and Management. - Other reasonable duties that may be assigned from time to time - General routine maintenance tasks - General reactive/emergency tasks assigned by site management - Work cohesively as part of an existing experienced multi skilled maintenance team Key Requirements: - Safe pass & Manual Handling - Min +3years Experience - Ability to work on your own initiative - Proven ability to work effectively as part of a cross functional team - Compliance with Health & Safety Legislation
