Here at Bidvest Noonan we are looking for Cleaning Team Leader to join us! As a Team Leader, you will supervise a team of Cleaning Operatives onsite to ensure we continue to deliver excellent cleaning standards. You will be responsible for driving standards onsite, maintaining client relationships. What the day to day looks like - Ensure correct materials, equipment and methods are used at all times and equipment is kept clean and in good working order - Report faulty machinery / equipment immediately - Ensure company uniform is kept clean, tidy and is worn at all times whilst at work. Relevant PPE must be worn at all times - Report all accidents and dangerous occurrences to your Line Manager - Build strong relationships with the Cleaning Operative Team and the client Skills & Experience - Do you have strong interpersonal and communication skills? As part of your role will have an element of customer service and care is a key element of the role - Are you comfortable working alone and in a teams? - Do you have strong comprehension of English, both written and spoken? - Ability to prioritise and manage an ever-changing workload - Are you computer literate - Are you reliable and trustworthy
