Right at Home is hiring full-time and part-time Health Care Assistants across Dublin South West (CHO7). Duties - Provide personal and practical care in line with each client's care plan - Support client independence and social engagement - Help with daily living, including personal care, meal preparation and light household duties - Maintain dignity, privacy and respect at all times - Report concerns, incidents or changes in condition to management Requirements - Minimum two QQI Level 5 modules: Care Skills and Care of the Older Person - Valid Patient Moving and Handling certificate (training available if required) - International Police Clearance where applicable - Compassion, patience and empathy; dependable; good communication - Eligibility to work in Ireland; previous care experience desirable - Full driving licence and own transport desirable (community-based role) Type: Full-time or part-time.
