Bidvest Noonan is hiring a CORE Control Centre Operator in Blanchardstown, Dublin 15, monitoring operational, facilities and security systems across a global portfolio of sites in a 24/7 control centre. **Duties** - Monitor CCTV, access control, BMS and liquid cooling alarms across multiple sites - Assess alarms, incidents and abnormal conditions and follow response procedures - Escalate to Facilities, Security, Engineering, site teams and emergency services as needed - Keep accurate incident logs, reports and timelines; give clear shift handovers **Requirements** - Calm, methodical approach under pressure, with strong attention to detail - Clear written and verbal communication - Computer literate and confident learning new systems - Control room / SOC / NOC / data-centre or security control room experience is an advantage, not essential **Type:** 24/7 shift-based team.
