About this role
Duties: Nightpack roles in supermarkets usually involve getting the store ready for the next trading day while it is closed or quiet. Typical tasks include unloading and breaking down deliveries, filling shelves, rotating stock by date, building displays, and keeping stockrooms and aisles tidy and safe. Requirements: Helpful qualities are working at a steady pace, attention to detail and being able to work on your own or in a team. Under the Protection of Young Persons (Employment) Act 1996, 16- and 17-year-olds generally cannot work between 10pm and 6am, and under-16s cannot work between 8pm and 8am, so nightpack roles are typically open to people aged 18 or over.
