BoyleSports is hiring a full-time Customer Service Assistant for its Rush shop. You'll look after customers, take and pay out bets and help keep the shop running smoothly. Duties - Give friendly, helpful service to every customer - Take and pay out bets at the counter and on betting terminals - Help the Shop Manager with the day-to-day running of the shop, including opening and closing - Handle cash carefully and follow all safety and compliance procedures - Keep the shop clean and well presented Requirements - Customer service focused, reliable and good with numbers - Flexible, as the shop opens 7 days a week - Good cash handling and communication - Retail or betting experience welcome but not essential - full training provided Type: Full-time.
