Dalata’s Clayton Hotel Ballsbridge is hiring a Kitchen Porter to support the chef team in Dublin 4. Duties - Assist Head Chef / Sous Chef with day-to-day kitchen running - Keep a supply of clean ware, cooking ware and kitchen utensils - Maintain kitchen cleanliness at all times - Work with the chef team to maintain HACCP standards - Take direction from department managers; assist with food monitoring Requirements - Previous kitchen experience - Flexibility for mornings / evenings / weekends - Able to work in a team or on own initiative Contract: Casual, part-time.
