Fallon & Byrne is hiring a Full Time Kitchen Assistant for its production kitchen - sandwiches, prepared meals and other Foodhall items, with training and room to grow. Duties - Support prep and production of sandwiches, prepared meals and other food items - Follow recipes, methods, quality standards, HACCP, allergens, hygiene and stock rotation - Keep work areas, equipment and utensils clean and hygienic - Work efficiently in busy production periods; collaborate with supervisors - Assist with stock, storage, packaging, labelling and waste minimisation - Follow H&S including safe equipment use and manual handling - Attend training; other reasonable duties as required Requirements - Kitchen / food production / catering / hospitality experience beneficial but not essential - HACCP / food safety knowledge beneficial; training provided where required - Can follow instructions; team player, detail-oriented, reliable Pay: Not stated.
