Right at Home is hiring full-time Driver Health Care Assistants across Newbridge, Kildare and Monasterevin. Duties - Help clients with personal and practical care in their own homes - Support independence and social engagement - Maintain dignity, privacy and respect at all times - Follow care plans, policies and safety standards - Report any concerns or changes to your manager Requirements - Full clean driving licence and access to own vehicle - QQI Level 5 in Care Skills and Care of the Older Person - Up-to-date Patient Moving and Handling (training provided if required) - International Police Clearance where applicable - Eligibility to work in Ireland; comfortable working independently in the community Type: Full-time, guaranteed hours.
