Barista in Cork | Costa Coffee Jobs

Costa Coffee is hiring a Barista for one of its stores. The ad doesn't give a detailed duty list. It describes the job as working the coffee bar and looking after customers as part of a supportive store team, learning as you go.

You don't need experience, as Costa gives new baristas full training on the job. The skills it highlights are customer service and communication, attention to detail and quality, and teamwork and initiative. The ad asks for conversational English.

Costa points out that many of its store and regional leaders started as baristas, so there's a path to team leader and store manager roles. Perks listed include a free handcrafted drink on every shift, staff discounts across Costa, full training with ongoing development, and an inclusive team.

Pay isn't listed in the ad.
