Fallon & Byrne is seeking Waiting Team Members for its Events front-of-house team (weddings, corporate events, parties). Majority of events are at weekends. Duties - Deliver polished guest service from start to finish of events - Work flexibly to the event schedule, especially weekends - Represent Fallon & Byrne standards with guests and the team Requirements - Minimum 1 year experience in hotels, events, or a restaurant environment (fine dining a plus) - Proficiency in English essential - Warm personality, attention to detail, strong communication - Flexibility for weekend event hours Pay: €14.15 per hour.
