Security - Security Officer / Dublin, Republic of Ireland

A fantastic opportunity has arisen within Bidvest Noonan for Security Officers. You must be able to demonstrate and deliver high quality guarding and excellent customer service to both our clients and service users. We require Officers to be PSA licenced The Security Officer is required to provide an efficient, effective and professional security service. Key Duties - Act as an ambassador for the company - Ensure the safety of the passengers, manage boarding procedures, handle incidents and prevent ASB - Follow on site security requirements including access control and CCTV - Report any security events in the log - Manage access control - Deal with emergency situations, supporting emergency services as required - Complete the onsite paperwork in a clear format - Liaise with Bidvest Noonan Management and the National Call Centre regarding any security issues or problems - Customer Care Experience Key Requirements - 5 year verifiable employment history - Valid PSA Static Licence - Valid Visa to work in Ireland on a full-time basis - Previous experience in a similar role would be preferred, however training will be provided - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language - Customer/Client focused - Must be able to work under pressure, be able make decisive decisions during incidents and difficult situations. - Basic computer literacy required - Excellent attention to detail with the ability to respond to issues in an effective, efficient and calm manner Key Benefits - Full uniform supplied - Paid holidays - PRSA Pension plan - Ongoing training - Progression opportunities - WRKIT Employee Benefits Platform giving access to savings - Bike to Work Scheme
