The Wine Cellar at Fallon & Byrne is recruiting Wine Wait Staff for Christmas / festive season (short-term until 31 December 2026). Duties - Warm, attentive service in The Wine Cellar - Drive wine sales; advise guests on pairings from a list of 300+ wines - Keep product knowledge current - Maintain food and service standards; work with the Wine Cellar team and management - Feed back guest requests/queries to the Wine Cellar manager Requirements - 1 year’s experience in wine service or similar - Solid knowledge of Irish and international wines - Outgoing, friendly; strong customer service and communication Pay: €14.15 per hour.
