Children's Services Instructor/Facilitator - Vocational Development (Catering Department) Permanent 11-Month Contract St. Augustine's School, Saint John of God Community Services Dublin South East Saint John of God Community Services Dublin South East is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Catering Instructor to join our team at St. Augustine's School. This exciting role involves delivering practical vocational catering programmes for children and young people with intellectual disabilities, supporting them to develop catering, independent living, and employability skills. Applicants must have a minimum of a QQI Level 6 in a relevant field and a full Irish manual driving licence is essential. The successful candidate will have experience in catering, food preparation, kitchen hygiene, food safety, and the safe use of kitchen equipment. Working alongside the kitchen chef, you will provide hands-on learning opportunities within a real kitchen environment, helping young people build confidence, independence, and practical life skills. We are looking for someone who is creative, patient, and passionate about supporting young people to achieve their full potential within a safe, inclusive, and person-centred environment.
