Healthcare Assistant (Home Care) - Cork City

Right at Home Cork is hiring Healthcare Assistants to give home care to clients across Cork city and suburbs. Full-time and part-time roles are available. Duties - Help clients with personal and practical care, such as dressing, washing, light housework and meal preparation - Keep an eye on clients' health and wellbeing - Support clients to stay independent at home - Report any concerns to the supervisor team Requirements - Enrolled in or completed a QQI Level 5 healthcare course (minimum Care Skills and Care of the Older Person) - essential - Full clean driving licence and own transport - essential - Good communication skills, reliable and trustworthy - essential - 1 year of care experience and an up-to-date moving and handling certificate - desirable Type: Full-time or part-time, flexible hours. Pay: From EUR 14.45 per hour plus travel time and mileage, with higher rates on Sundays and bank holidays. Paid fortnightly. Full induction, uniform and PPE provided.
