Supermac's The Mallow N20 Plaza is hiring a Lobby Host. Applicants must have full flexibility for weekdays and weekends. The Lobby Host greets customers and keeps the customer flow moving, tells customers about menu options and the latest promotions, passes customer feedback on, and keeps staff informed of menu or operational changes. You'll support the management team so customers get the best quality, service and cleanliness every visit. **The job** - Greet guests in a friendly, professional way and make them feel welcome - Help with buggies, wheelchairs or trays, and make menu suggestions - Keep the lobby and toilets clean, with a focus on floor safety and spills - Make sure the lobby and serving areas are set up, stocked, clean and tidy; clear tables straight away - Check customers are happy with food and service, and bring complaints to the duty manager - Work with management and staff to keep customer flow efficient - Keep tables, floors, baby chairs, bins and toilets clean and stocked **Person specification** - Excellent customer care and communication - Team player; energetic, approachable, friendly, outgoing and courteous - Previous hospitality customer service preferred - Able to spot problems and potential conflicts; good time management and product knowledge Only candidates who currently have the legal right to work in Ireland will be considered.
