Duties: Catering, barista and kitchen assistants in in-store cafes and food outlets usually prepare and serve food and drinks to set recipes and standards. Typical tasks include taking orders and payments, making hot drinks, preparing and plating food, clearing and cleaning tables, washing up, restocking, and completing food safety checks such as temperature and allergen records. Requirements: Helpful qualities are a friendly manner with customers, speed and teamwork.
