Maldron Hotel Pearse Street (Dalata) is recruiting a Food & Beverage Assistant for guest service in Dublin’s Grand Canal Dock area. Duties - Provide friendly, efficient food and beverage service to hotel guests - Know regulars; greet by name where appropriate - Maintain good food and wine knowledge; make recommendations - Upsell where appropriate; keep bar and restaurant areas clean - Serve guests with food and drink to hotel standards Requirements - Previous experience essential (hotel preferred) - Flexibility for mornings, evenings and weekends - High-volume / fast-paced experience - Fluent English; excellent communication - Micros experience preferable Contract: Casual, part-time.
