McDonald’s Balbriggan is hiring Full Time Crew Members (30-40 hours) for kitchen and restaurant floor work. Duties - Deliver quality, service and cleanliness standards in the restaurant - Prepare food, serve on till, and look after dining areas - Provide friendly, fast, accurate service - Complete tasks per training, company guidelines and management direction - Follow workplace safety, security and food hygiene procedures - Treat customers and colleagues with courtesy; support the team Requirements - Friendly, welcoming, courteous and helpful - Strong communication (listening, face-to-face, eye contact) - High energy; efficient and productive in a fast-moving environment - Ability to connect with customers Pay / benefits: €11.05-€14.25 per hour (as stated on listing).
