Experienced Hotel Receptionist (Part Time position)
Experienced Hotel receptionist required for our busy hotel reception.
We require candidates to have one year’s experience working in a hotel reception. The ideal candidate must have fluent English, excellent communication skills and a friendly and outgoing personality.
Assisting the Front Office Manager and the team with the smooth running of the reception.
Work as part of a team but also be able to work on their own initiative.
Follow the day-to-day procedures of guest check-in and check-out.
Dealing with and resolving guest queries.
Excellent organisational skills.
The ability to handle cash efficiently.
Balancing and handling of cash.
Providing high level customer services both face to face and over the phone.
Up-selling the hotels facilities.
