Our client is a leading international Biotechnology company with a state of the art aseptic manufacturing facility in Dun Laoighaire, South Dublin.

The plant is one of the most dynamic in Ireland and is currently undergoing rapid expansion and capital investment.

This is an excellent opportunity to get experience on Ireland's leading aseptic manufacturing plant. Contractors have a history of either extending their contract or being offered permanent positions on this site.

To coordinate and facilitate activities pertaining to the transfer of analytical methods to international government/contract labs.

To perform any additional work functions as necessary.

Support drug product analytical method transfers to international government/contract labs

Management of analytical method transfer process (e.g. tracking of transfer milestones, preparation and approval of analytical method transfer plans and reports and ensuring adherence to transfer requirements).

Completing subject matter expert data review of International lab method run results where required.

Provide analytical support for drug product registration/import testing in International labs, through the management of the shipment of reference standards, critical reagent and commercial materials.

Support the management team with the visual management board and tracking KPIs for the IAS group.

Competent in the use of document management systems such as EDMQ/CDOCS


Hold a third level qualification (Degree/Diploma) in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biology or Biotechnology.

+2 years relevant experience in a pharmaceutical/healthcare environment.

Be very proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel etc.

Strong technical writing skills.

Experience with analytical techniques such as HPLC, Bioassay and Compendial testing would also be advantageous


Contract role

Hourly Rate €25 - €36 per hour

Minimum 12 month contract
