My client, a growing cutting edge digital commerce scale-up, is looking for an experienced Implementation Consultant with good project management and customer communication experience. With a rapidly growing platform and international customer base, they are seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant to join this fast-growing start-up with 300+ businesses globally depending on our ecommerce platform and enterprise apps.

The Position

As part of the Implementation team, you will have a big impact on their continued growth by delighting our global customer base as you guide them to a smooth and successful eCommerce and/or mobile app product launch. Their Platform integrates eCommerce & Apps with ERP systems - our core values of clarity, building trust and taking ownership ensure we make a big difference for our customers by simplifying this complexity on their digital transformation journey.

You’ll have ownership of implementation projects from kick off to product launch. Regular communication with new/ existing customers to ensure smooth product delivery. Managing expectations/communications with internal/external stakeholders. Advising the customer on the capabilities of the platform and identify any ‘Product Enhancements’ that may be required. Produce implementation plans that outline project scope. Coordinating, tracking and communicating milestones internally with delivery teams and with customers

Experience Required

Collecting, tracking and managing change requests along with product feedback. A passion for Product Delivery, Customer Success and eCommerce! 4+ years Business Analysis and / or Project Management experience with in a SaaS company. Experience with ERP systems such as SAP B1, Sage or Intact desirable but not essential. Strong negotiation skills in order to manage scope creep and challenge stakeholders. Strong attention to detail in gathering & managing technical requirements

Good communication & organisational. Enthusiasm for working as part of a team in a fast paced environment. Experience in an Agile delivery environment an advantage. Project Management Qualification desirable but not essential
