Full Time, Permanent Position available.
Key Tasks And Duties:
-Handle inbound calls, and e-mails, which includes dealing with inquiries and event bookings.
-Maintaining existing customer and supplier relationships
-Creating Customer invoices.
-Manage Proof of Deliveries.
-Provide a high level of administrative support.
-Maintain efficient office administration procedures.
-Undertake any other tasks appropriate to the position, as requested by management.
-Digital Marketing, including email, web, social media, events, blogging and advertising
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
-Sales and administration experience
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-Experience across Microsoft Office Suite
-Extremely organised and excellent problem-solving skills
-Ability to multi task with strong attention to detail.
-Team player who will work with others to achieve company goals.
-Knowledge of Social media platforms beneficial.
