Mandarin Speaking Administrator - 6 month contract

Cork, Ireland

Salary €27,000

Job Duties

the Administrator analyses account information to ensure documents are in order, if not contacts account holders to request the updated information. A lot of this role is admin based, with some contact with customers when required.

If any issues exist the agent will use excellent customer service skills to solve any issue, liaising with other departments when required.

Essential Criteria

· Fluent Mandarin and English
· Ideally have some customer service experience ie call centre, retail, hospitality etc.
· Have good general computer skills ie MS Office etc

- Must have work permission for Ireland

Initially this role may be home based in Ireland but then office based afterwards so candidates must be willing to move to Cork if not already there.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: €27,000.00 per year

Experience:

  • customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

Job Duties:

  • Answer incoming customer inquiries
  • Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
  • Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
  • Other duties as requested
