Overview:
CPM are excited to represent Alertwatch, Ireland’s market leader in CCTV Home and Business Security Solutions. We are seeking sales consultants in the Dublin area to join us on this new venture.
This role will appeal to those with a passion for delivering Customer satisfaction, are motivated and results driven individuals.

Responsibilities:

The Primary Responsibilities for This Role Are:


  • Manage a defined geographic territory selling directly to customers at their home
  • Achieve and exceed agreed sale targets
  • Provide accurate, on time daily reports on activity and sales
  • Develop a detailed understanding of, and tightly manage your customer territory and lead base
  • Structured journey planning to maximise efficiency and volume of decision makers in the territory
  • Work to the highest compliance levels set out by the company
  • Ensure expert knowledge of our clients products and propositions at all times
  • Attention to detail completing applications accurately on behalf of the customer

Functional Responsibilities:

  • Provide competitor feedback and industry insight
  • Maintain knowledge on all new and existing products and services from competitors
  • Represent CPM and our client in a consistently professional manner
  • Identify and sell the correct products that delivers value to both the customer and to our client
  • Ensure all activities are completed compliantly and in accordance with training provided on internal and external compliance guidelines
  • Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as instructed by your line manager
Qualifications:
  • Experience in a field sales role, in the Consumer and/or Utilities sector
  • Competent IT Skills. Be comfortable working with Microsoft Office including Excel and Outlook

  • Work on own initiative and continually look for ways to improve sales performance

  • Teamwork orientated individual able to share best practice and add to positive team dynamic

  • Demonstrate a belief in the importance of the customer and a willingness to meet and exceed customer expectations


Desirable:


  • F2F sales experience within the Telecoms market desirable
  • Understanding of the clients portfolio and wider home secuity market
  • Experience working with leads and journey planning to match leads to territory
