Customer Service Advisor

Location Dundalk

Hours 9-4pm

Exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join the customer service team you will be representing the people in the business behind the products, you will be expected to listen to customers and use your technical knowledge to guide each query to a satisfactory solution. this is a fast paced bus team

  • Fluent English speaker with the ability to negotiate and/or take customers through the returns process
  • Be able to work independently and control your own workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Have excellent time management skills with the ability to organise oneself and multi-task
  • Collect and maintain data on our NetSuite ERP system
  • Manage returns dockets for submission to accounts department
  • Communicate feedback to manufacturers and QC teams for trending issues
  • Report weekly to the Quality & Compliance Manager
  • Positively contribute to the team with a positive can-do attitude

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: €18,317.00-€25,852.00 per year


  • Customer service or complaint handling : 2 years (Preferred)
