Scope of activities – 2ND level support and maintenance (bug fixing, questions related to the not working properly functionalities such as not visible created job posting, hired employee is not visible in the system; job posting not visible for the candidate; security issues in the recruitment campaign; issues with the data transfer between recruitment and hiring processes) - collaboration with business partners

Collaboration with developers – testing

Ability to adapt efficiently to the highly customized environment

Future possibilities in the engagement in the projects and understanding the business requirements – ability to manage and understand the business needs and translate through business language the technical changes also on the level of monthly maintenance releases

Experiences with running the workshops with a business end users
