Job Description

We are currently recruiting experienced Duty Manager with Food and Beverage experienced for a Hotel in West Cork. This property enjoys a scenic location, good Leisure market expected for this Summer including busy Outlets - as allowed and beautifully appointed Rooms. To be considered for this role you will need to have the following skills:

Note; This role will commence when Hotel reopens following Government guidelines. Own transport required as regular Public service is not available

Previous experience in a similar Duty Manager role in a busy 3/4* star Hotel

· A hotel and catering management qualification is desirable
· Experience with food and beverage departments is essential
· Must be adaptable in the role - capable of opening and closing, early and late shifts
· Must have excellent people skills, easy to work with and good positive attitude
· Must be able to work as a part of the team and lead the team to achieve results
· Must possess excellent business like presentation, professional at all times
· Must be proficient in computer skills PMS. POS. MS etc
· Must possess excellence in customer service, felxibility to implement Government guidelines and ability to adapt Hotel operations and procedures to comply.
