We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. You should be able to close sales and meet targets
- Identify and close sales opportunities through proactive activities and channel engagement (Cross/Upsell and expansion of accounts)
- Build rapport with account contacts and develop strong relationships to discover customers needs.
- Engage with other functions, such as Marketing, Tech Support and Renewals team as and when needed.
- Maintain and manage a healthy sales pipeline
- Achieve monthly/Quarterly targets.
- Keep up to date with product portfolio
- Highly motivated with 2 years sales/account management experience preferably in the software space.
- Excellent communication/negotiation and closing skills
- Experience liaising with large, sometimes global companies up to C Level.
- Organized with good planning skills and comfortable working in a highly pressurized multi task environment
- CRM experience, preferably Salesforce and proficient with Microsoft office and outlook.
- 2nd language would be an advantage
