The Opportunity – Full Time Permanent

We are looking for a Dublin-based Functional Consultant to work with our enterprise customers providing support and guidance in terms of ongoing use of our learning management system. Experience in the Learning Management Software 'LMS' & E Learning space is a must and will be highly regarded.

We are based in Iconic Offices, The Greenway St Stephen's Green, Dublin 2 which is close to transport and all amenities.

Specific Duties:

Your tasks include, but are not limited to:

  • Understanding our client’s businesses and how Seertech’s LMS can add value to customers
  • Proactively solve customer support tickets over phone/email and smartly identify when to escalate an enquiry to another team.
  • Owning the customer experience and work to exceed expected targets around customer satisfaction and response time.
  • Responsible for Unassigned Tickets and ensure that they are responded to within support targets.
  • Logging all support related activities in Seertech’s support ticketing system.
  • Accurately log time spent on each support related item in Learning Seat’s support ticketing system.
  • Assisting with understanding customer requirements and supporting the development solution designs, project estimates and activity plans which are aligned to business needs and existing LMS product functionality and architecture
  • Ensure effective management of internal and external stakeholders including communication, status updates, project scope, testing outcomes and budget
  • Become a trusted advisor of best-practice use of the LMS
  • Liaise with the Product Development team by being the voice of our customer feedback and proposing new solutions

Essential Items:

  • Experience in the Learning Management Software 'LMS' & E Learning space
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role with similar technology
  • Strong BA, customer and stakeholder management and project management skills
  • A willingness to be hands-on with the technology
  • Good written communication skills and proactive at keeping records and documentation.
  • Ability to communicate and negotiate in a professional manner with clients and colleagues.
  • To be eligible you must be a permanent resident with full working rights in Ireland
