A major private company with operations around the world is looking for a HR/Payroll specialist to join their team in Shannon on a 9-month contract. Your new role
Initially you will be working from home and supporting the HR team and business to process payroll, administrator benefits, analyze and present information to the business clients and Senior Management teams. You will be responsible for managing the payroll for the Ireland Business and for promoting employee benefits by arranging regular communications to ensure employees are aware if benefits and how to avail of them.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed, you will need to have extensive experience in payroll and HR systems. You will also need to have a degree in a related discipline or successful completion of IPASS. This role requires you to have excellent communications skills and requires an individual who can work as part of a team and on your own initiative.
