You will be given full in-house training and equipment at the start of this role. You will need excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude. You will join a team of experienced customer service professionals.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will need to have previous experience in Insurance Customer Service and hold an APA or similar general insurance related qualification. Travel insurance experience will be an advantage.
