Duties & Responsibilities: Digital Sales, Marketing & PR:
§ Implement the Marketing &PR Strategy across all channels retail, wholesale, airlines & digital.
§ 100% accountable for deliver the Digital Sales in line with budget.
§ Manage all new product launches to ensure we are maximising exposure & sales across all markets.
§ Responsible for all creative including product packaging, in-store displays, ATL advertising etc..
§ Responsible for the marketing budget, you will determine how this is spent to maximise online sales, retail sales, & exposure of the brand.
§ Management of all agency relationships, including Creative, Web Development and all third-party relationships.
§ Negotiate influencer contracts & campaigns to ensure we are getting the best outcome for TanOrganic.
§ Manage all brand ambassadors and Influencer relationships.
§ Ensure all influencer content is engaging content that can be used across all social networks.
§ Manage the Trade Marketing Plan to ensure it is delivering the required sales budget.
§ Ensure all stakeholders are aligned to the Trade Marketing plan.
§ Meet, build & maintain relationship with key buyers in the Pharmacy and Beauty Retail Market
§ Manage the events calendar, ensure we are attending / sponsoring the right events
§ Running all key events (you might be required to attend weekend events)
§ Work with our distributors to ensure they have a compelling and engaging brand story to share with their customers that is driving sales in their market.
§ Manage the e-commerce website:
o Delivering the sales budget
o Responsible for design and developments of the site by working closely with web development & technical team
o Responsible for pricing and sales promotions on site
o Use web analytics and internal data sources to ensure we are maximising sales & conversion o the site
o Manage Digital Budget
o Setup google, Facebook & Instagram ads to drive sales to the website
o Manage all email marketing campaigns
o Provide weekly / monthly updates to the Management Team
§ The ideal candidate will have worked in the industry for at least 2 years
§ Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
§ Experience of setting e-commerce brand & digital marketing strategy
§ Experience of managing marketing budgets
§ The ability to plan and organise effectively
§ Excellent numerical skills and basic
