The Mission

Recommend and implement a customer centric lean and continuous improvement culture to the Operations team so that the business can scale output in line with their ambitious growth plans.

Provides a range of market leading solutions in the highly competitive and innovative IT /Telecom / Software market– they are constantly pushing the boundaries and exploring flexible and scalable solutions for their clients in the mobile messaging sector. With ambitions to double revenue to €20m over the next 5 years their dedication to first class service, research and development has led to some truly exceptional solutions.

The Role

To initially complete an operational analysis of the business and create and execute a strategic transformation plan, a plan that fixes the issues discovered and creates a framework to ensure the right people, structure, process and culture are in place to deliver sustainable results.

The Person

Ideally you will be a graduate that can demonstrate continual learning throughout your career and have a toolbox that may include Agile , Six Sigma etc with some tangible successes under your belt. You will have a management style that fosters accountability and gets the best out of people by bringing them along with you, understand the dynamic of change management and the effect on the wider business, have strong process design skills and experience of software implementation/integration to support on time on budget delivery .

You should have a minimum of 3 years turn-around and or continuous improvement experience within a senior Operations/ Delivery Role in Telecoms Software Product Companies and tangible evidence of leading a successful turnaround of underperforming delivery functions of an SME scaling from €10M to €50M in IT or Telecoms coupled with a proven track record of recruiting great leaders and managers .

Important qualities to have are being accountable and results orientated, have energy and drive with a strong work ethic, be firm but fair, a natural problem solver and a constant improver with a questioning approach.
