Workplace Solutions (WS) provides solutions to manage 3rd party company employee’s benefits. The Mobile Solutions for Fidelity International squad work on the Global DC Program to deliver a hybrid mobile application to Fidelity International’s UK clients. The squad will work closely with the existing Global Mobile Toolkit squad utilizing component they have built as part of the UK app build. The squad is fully co-located in Dublin.

We have an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated Scrum Master to work on the delivery of strategic data initiatives by the Mobile Solutions for Fidelity International squad. We are searching for an experienced Scrum Master to work with the squad to ensure best agile practices are adopted, continuous improvement culture is built within and to provide support via servant leadership.

The Expertise We’re Looking For

  • 6+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years experience in a scrum master role
  • Hands on experience working with squads to help them grow and to also plan and execute their work
  • Experience leading, influencing and collaborating in a matrix-managed environment and across multiple, diverse groups
  • Agile certification such as Certified Scrum Master (SCM) a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in MIS/Computer Science or related field

The Purpose of Your Role

In this role, you will serve as Scrum Master for a high performing team of mobile technologists, located in Dublin. You will facilitate discussions between the Squad Leader, dev team and stakeholders to define business requirements. You will support your team in the development and delivery of those requirements into production.
