Job Description
Key Deliverables
Co-ordinate and maintain the sales order entry processing function – orders, acknowledgements, invoicing, credits etc.
Dealing with queries from Customers or Sales Team in a timely manner
Provide support to commercial Team with timely responses to enquiries
Be familiar with Products and Processes to facilitate swift responses to customer enquiries.
Participate in regular business reviews, conference calls and face to face, based on defined customer portfolios
Liaising with Distribution to ensure accuracy regarding schedule adherence
Liaising with Manufacturing to ensure accuracy regarding schedule adherence
Liaising with commercial, manufacturing finance and Financial Shared services and to ensure accuracy regarding material and customer master set ups
Maintaining accuracy on customer forecast information to support all planning activities
Maintain accurate and organised customer files for all orders, business reviews etc.
Responsible for progressing and expediting orders received from distributors, customers and internal departments – Daily (EMEA 3PL Replenishment)
Schedule and book international and domestic shipments accordingly – Daily
Handle products, complaints, returns and follow-up professionally and in a timely manner – Daily
With guidance, research and resolve basic customer claims when applicable - Daily.
Responsible for entering purchase orders for non-inventory materials accurately and release standing and blanket orders – Daily
Run basic ERP reports – Daily
Dealing with queries from Customers or Sales Team in a timely manner
Provide support to commercial Team with timely responses to enquiries
Participate in the implementation of operational processes andperform work to the standards of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Goods Distribution Practices (cGDP)
Ensure operational compliance to all revenue and international trade legislative requirements, in addition to all DGF IE policies and procedures (H&S, Quality, Environmental, HR, etc), and work in a manner that supports the Company environment programme
Key Skills/Qualifications:
3-5 years Customer Order Fulfilment
Degree level qualification desirable
Ability to apply knowledge of current GMP/GDP Practices
Ability to demonstrate basic knowledge and proficiency in MS Office
Good analytical skills
Experience in Oracle/SAP desirable, but not essential
Excellent communicator, both verbal (telephone) and written
Dealing with customer queries within a timely manner
Pharma background desirable, but again not essential
Ability to work in a team environment (the Team being the customer)
Ability to handle pressure and high volume of work at peak periods
Attention to detail is extremely important
